Model Release: I hereby grant Nicole Faby Photography, Nicole Faby and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable right to use and publish photographs of myself, my family, and/or child/ren for the purpose of display, editorial work, trade, portfolio, advertising, website, or publication to promote the Nicole Faby Photography studio or Nicole Faby. Portrait Session Policies Your session date is not reserved until your session retainer is received. The remaining amount of your session fee is due at the beginning of the session (cash or check). Nicole Faby Photography maintains copyright for all photos. When purchasing digital files you are purchasing the right to print and distribute for personal use. You may not edit, crop, or change the photo in any way. You may not sell my photos or use them in contests or vendor promotions without my permission. All retainers are non refundable. In the event of an emergency you are allowed to apply the retainer to a rescheduled session within 30 days. This does not include sessions rescheduled because of weather. If your session is scheduled at an outside location I reserve the right to reschedule the session due to inclement weather. Nicole Faby reserves creative freedom in editing. The way I have edited the photo is the way I believe the photo to be best presented. Any requests in a change of photo is at my discretion and will result in a photo editing charge per photo. When posting images online you must give credit to Nicole Faby Photography. This includes but is not limited to Facebook. Please be on time. Time with your family is time away from mine. It is important you show up ready to go. I understand getting small children ready and out the door can be difficult so give yourself plenty of extra time! If you show up late and stressed out it will show in your images and no one wants that :) If you are more then 10 minutes late you will forfeit your reservation fee.
